Schedule of Events:

9:00 am - Doors Open & Greetings:

Begin your journey with warm welcomes and introductions as we set the intention for a day of growth and self-discovery.

9:30 am - Opening Circle:

Come together in sacred circle to ground ourselves and cultivate a sense of unity and openness for the day ahead.

10:00 am - Movement Gryotonic:

Immerse yourself in the flowing movements of Gryotonic, a gentle yet powerful practice that promotes flexibility, strength, and alignment.

11:00 am - Rest & Restore Time

Take a moment to go for a swim in the spring, rest, hydrate, and connect with fellow participants before our next session.

12:30 pm - Lunch:

Indulge in a nourishing and delicious vegetarian lunch prepared by our talented chef, Marc. We will also provide light snacks throughout the day.

2:00 pm - Yoga Flow Class:

Reconnect with your breath and body in a dynamic yoga flow class, designed to invigorate the senses and cultivate inner peace. Facilitated by Taylor Ann Drew, Owner & Yoga Instructor of Califlo Yoga

3:00 pm - Nature Immersion w/ Optional Community Acupuncture by Corey Ghazvini, Licensed Acupuncturist:

Gain valuable insights into the art of biohacking and optimizing your well-being through a fascinating talk led by Corey Ghazvini, a renowned Licensed Acupuncturist.

4:00 pm - Sound Journey Experience:

Surrender to the soothing vibrations of sound as you immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing and transformative sound bath experience. Experience the ethereal tones of Alexis Barnett, Tallahassee's sound healer, as she guides participants through a mesmerizing journey of sound healing. With three gongs, dozens of singing bowls & crystal bowls, along with several healing instruments, each resonating with unique frequencies, attendees will immerse themselves in a sonic oasis, fostering deep relaxation and vibrational alignment.

5:30 pm - Closing Circle:

Gather once more in circle as we reflect on our journey, share insights, and set intentions for integrating our experiences into our daily lives.

6:00 pm - Departure:

Depart with a sense of renewed vitality, connection, and inner peace, carrying the gifts of the day with you as you continue your journey forward.

This retreat space features a spacious community living room, 3 private fully equipped suites situated on 3 sacred acres that features a waterfront view of one of the most secluded springs in Wakulla. The springs are also known as cenotes or natural sinkholes. 

Cenotes in Wakulla, Florida, hold a unique and sacred significance within the local community. These natural sinkholes, formed by the collapse of limestone bedrock, are not only geological wonders but also spiritual landmarks deeply intertwined with the region's history and culture.
